Minimum Commitment Period

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This ensures you receive the full benefits of our service and allows us to provide you with the best possible experience.

Subscription Terms

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Minimum Term: 6 months from subscription start date
  • Auto-Renewal: After the initial 6-month period, subscriptions automatically renew on a month-to-month basis

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum 6-month commitment period has been fulfilled. To cancel:

  • Contact our customer service team at least 7 days before your next billing date
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months

Early Termination

If you wish to cancel before the 6-month minimum commitment period:

  • You will be responsible for payment of the remaining months in your commitment period
  • Alternatively, you may continue to receive service for the remainder of the commitment period
  • Early termination fees may apply as outlined in your subscription agreement

Changes to Subscription

You may upgrade your subscription at any time. Downgrades will take effect after your current 6-month commitment period ends.

Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance via your chosen payment method
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available after the first 14 days of your initial subscription. Within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the service.

Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this subscription policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance and will apply to renewal periods following the notice.
